1. I am experiencing the formatting "glitch"

. . . that has been reported elsewhere on DU. I hope the Friday SMW thread came through all right for the rest of you. Here's hoping whatever it is gets fixed over the long week-end!

2. Looks good to me!

Today, I was looking for my book by Charles Pierce, Idiot America. While I didn't find it (I'm not very organized), I did find my copy of Kevin Phillips Bad Money, the updated 2009 revision!

The quote today is even more stark: The rich are even richer, the poor and homeless are worse off.

3. DU in general seems to be having a formatting glitch

The display has been funky off and on all week. I didn't know if it was me or what.

4. A lot of people seem to be having it

I've had it happen in the past, but usually a log out and log back in takes care of it. Not today. It lasted about two hours, then fixed itself.

I think a lot of us remain nervous after 2016 . . . . . We may never recover.
