1. Directionless volatility

It's like there are 2 opposing themes being fed to the public piecemeal. We have inflation ahead! Bonds go down, interest rates edge up, stocks go down, oil goes up, the US Dollar is up, Crypto is up. The next day the reverse.

Consuelo Mack WealthTrack has a good interview this week with fund manager Bill Miller. More than most he sees the landscape from a long term perspective, and focuses on companies that he thinks will earn more moving forward.
