It's been recently brought to my attention RE: Paper Towels

Recently, I've been buying paper towels with a new technology.

Not only are they perforated into 1/2 segments, but each 1/2 has a perforation that makes (1) 4" x 4" and (1) 4" x 5" segments. The former makes a nice coaster.

Seriously, better utility in matching clean-up to towel size.

3. I'm just the opposite. I hate the "choose a size" paper towels.

I only buy full-sheet rolls. I'd rather fold them over and reuse them four times than rip off a skinny strip of paper that's good for nothing. Good thing we each get our choice, huh!

12. +2. I hate the little paper towels and I can't buy the good ones here (Eugene, Oregon) any more.

The paper quality sucks, too.

13. I detest those select-a-size paper towels. Too narrow. Might as well use a piece of Kleenex.

The only decent ones are the Kirkland brand at Costco - the 1/2 size is wider than the other brands, and the paper is thicker.

And the newest 1/4 size - ridiculous!

I'm glad to know I am not the only one.

Not sure, but they may be being made at a papermill in Maine where I live, though. Could be Georgia or somewhere else, too.

I wonder if this is patentable? If not, I will bet others will soon follow.
