and everything I have heard - little as it has been - makes me more excited to read it. Even the choice of the cover suggests a very unusual memoir. Choosing a gorgeous, but very pensive, picture that was taken the day after he lost the 1972 race. He has led a very interesting life in a very principled way. His comments on anything through the years have always been insightful and well written - and more impressively always taking a high road.
