Secretary Kerry will speak at IU's Global and International studies building on October 15.

From the article, Dick Lugar and Lee Hamilton will be there as well and it will be live streamed.

United States Secretary of State John Kerry will speak at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, at IU, according to an IU press release.

Kerry will underscore the importance of U.S. leadership abroad and outline the priorities for U.S. foreign policy.

I went to IU and never thought I would ever link to their official student paper. Here is more information - including that Lugar and Hamilton are now on their faculty. http://news.iu.edu/releases/iu/2015/10/john-kerry-sgis.shtml
