Re: followup to DNC Closing speech

and Senator Kerry's National Security address.

It is a great honor that Senator Kerry is getting to make the case for Obama/Biden team on Foreign Policy, he will do well. Everything else, is pretty much beyond our control. Getting to speak out in the open football arena is going to be really cool, and hoping that Mother Nature will show her good side.

Have not added much meaningful 2 cents the last three years, so will just step aside and allow the talented people of this fine group do their thing with a smile and facts.

Will continue to help out stay involved to get President Obama reelected and a Progressive Dem Congress, but understand posting may not be the best thing for me right now. If there was anyone that got offended by some swipes at Senator Kerry, apologies, that wasn't my intent.

Sending good vibes to everyone here this early Labor Day weekend. Peace to the people in the Gulf Coast. It's been a tough summer, hopefully rain and cool weather are around the corner.

I'm finding it so hard, myself, this week to hear all these lying Republicans! I don't know why lies always depress and de-energize me so much, but they do, and I think that's true for a lot of Democrats and liberals. This feeling makes me look forward even more to our DNC next week! A convention is a convention and it's about hoopla and promotion of a party point of view, of course, but I think many of the speeches we'll hear will be balm to my soul.

In my opinion, politicasista, you weren't taking swipes AT JK, but rather worrying, as we all do, about the current dreadful condition of the truth and the lack of attention to it in the MSM and on the blogs, especially as regards the senator we admire and support.

Your post here helps me feel better and more hopeful and I think the DNC will be inspiring and motivating so we can all work to get Obama re-elected and do our best for Congress. I appreciate your good words and hope you won't stop posting!
