Carrefour's Bold Leap into Brazil's Urban Future with a Record-Setting Skyscraper

Carrefour (CRFB3), Brazil’s top retailer, is reshaping a long-held property in southern São Paulo into a multifaceted hub.

This ambitious project, which incorporates a shopping center and a trio of towers, promises to elevate Carrefour’s real estate operations and attract more shoppers to its flagship store near Marginal Pinheiros.

The French-owned company has secured partnerships with developers like WTorre and EZTEC to build the Paseo Alto das Nações complex.

Slated for completion this year, the mixed-use tower has leased half its space to Jive for office use, while JFL Living will handle long-term residential rentals.

Additionally, the project will feature a vast 32,000-square-meter park.
