Four Argentines dead and two missing in Israel

Argentina's Foreign Ministry opened a registry for nationals of the country wishing to flee war-torn Israel while the deaths of four Argentine citizens were confirmed on Sunday afternoon. Two other Argentines were reported missing.
Hamas' onslaught resulted in the death of Ronit Rudman, Silvia Mirensky, Rodolfo “Rody” Skariszewski, and Abi Korin, son of Moishe Korin, former Director of Culture of the Israeli Welfare Association of Argentina (AMIA). Meanwhile, Iair and Eitan Horn, sons of journalist Itzik Horn, were reported missing.
“I am willing to hear the worst but to know something. God forbid. But you say 'they killed them,' well, they killed them, but you know. Now you don't know if they are kidnapped, dead lying somewhere... This is terrible,” said Itzik about his children who live in Kibbutz Nir Oz, one of the first spots attacked by the terrorists.
“I feel totally helpless. I personally don't have anything to do. They call me and I tell them that, if they believe, pray, ask, light a candle,” Horn also admitted.
Argentina's Foreign Ministry opened a registry at the Consulate in Tel Aviv for those who wish to be repatriated. A flight will be arranged shortly, it was explained. “The Argentine Consulate in Tel Aviv is preparing a register of those Argentine citizens who are in Israeli territory and may require evacuation,” said diplomatic authorities.

Yesterday afternoon the fourth fatal victim was reported, who was identified as Ronit Rudman, 55 years old and who was married to Roland Sultan, who also died in the attack.
“The head cannot understand, the heart cries and the words stop coming out of so much pain, my dear brother and my sister-in-law were murdered. God will avenge his blood. Rolan, son of Berta and Ronit, daughter of Sarah,” Nathalie Sultan posted on social media, with photos of her sister and his wife.
With an address in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Almagro, Ronit had studied at the Escuela Normal Superior N°1 Presidente Roque Sáenz Peña, also at the Amia Seminary. Then, in Israel, he studied Art History, Visual Culture, Curatorship, Museology at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
Also yesterday, the death of Silvia Mirensky, 80, who lived on the Ein Hashloshá collective farm, 17 kilometers from Gaza, was confirmed. In the attack, her house caught fire and she was not able to get out.
On Saturday, meanwhile, the death of Rodolfo Fabián Skariszewski, 56, who lived in Moshav Ohad, in southern Israel, 15 minutes from the border with the Gaza Strip, was reported. And also from Abi Korin, son of an important figure in the Jewish community in Argentina.
Meanwhile, in the last few hours it was also learned that three other Argentines, identified as Tair Bira, Tahel Bira and Laura Jazmín Kofman, also lost their lives during the terrorist group's attacks.
Among the missing, two, Iair and Eitan Horn, are sons of journalist Itzik Horn, about whom there is no information since Saturday when the attack on the Nir Oz kibbutz, near the Gaza Strip, began.
“I don't have any news, we published the photos on all the networks, among friends we have in Israel, in Argentina and in other countries; "Most people found out that their relatives were kidnapped by watching Hamas films, and in none of those films did I manage to see my children," Itzik Horn said in a conversation with La Once Diez radio .
And he added: “They have been missing since yesterday (Saturday), when the guerrillas entered the Kibut. There are no names of the missing, no one from the government has communicated. "I don't wish what I'm going through on anyone."
Consular assistance
The Foreign Ministry reported this Sunday that it opened a registry at the Consulate in Tel Aviv for Argentines who want to be repatriated, which would be a total of 635, so it appears that it will arrange a specific flight to bring those who are in Israel.

And they asked: “In addition, it is recommended that all nationals who have air tickets, or who can purchase them, board as soon as possible the commercial flights available from Ben-Gurion Airport, which continues to operate.”
"State of war"
On the other hand, the Israeli Security Council yesterday officially approved the state of war throughout the country, a measure that enables the Army to carry out "outstanding military activities" in the context of the conflict with the terrorist group Hamas, media reports Israelis.
So far, more than 1,100 people have died following the violent terrorist attack, and the number of victims is expected to rise.
