HRC opens up a 12-point lead nationally over Trump

HRC: 49%
Don "The con": 37%

June 14, 2016 — 5:00 PM EDT (note the freshness marking)

Democrat Hillary Clinton has opened up a double-digit lead nationally over Republican Donald Trump, whose negatives remain unusually high for a presidential candidate amid early indications that the Orlando terrorist attack has had little direct impact on the 2016 race.

A new Bloomberg Politics national poll shows Clinton leading Trump 49 percent to 37 percent among likely voters in November's election, with 55 percent of those polled saying they could never vote for the real-estate developer and TV personality.

I first worked on the paid staff for a democratic office holder more than 35 years ago. I just cannot believe what has happened to both parties, the dialogue, and the control exerted by so few over both parties. Things now are about name calling, and little to no honest discussion of the factual basis on critical issues facing this country. Wall Street has us by the throat and is tightening the hold.

Not sure what he is trying to accomplish now other than perhaps reworking the process rules to some degree.
