(2,542 posts)All the other delegates don't count because they didn't have "enough time to learn about Bernie Sanders." Only DC, as the very last primary, can possibly have had enough time to make a "high information" decision!
Koinos
(2,798 posts)Bernie needs a second chance.
Except for the fact that he will lose by a HUGE margin among the "high information" voters in DC.
Maybe a second round wouldn't work out so well after all.

(55,815 posts)That will give him the momentum to tell the Super Delegates see, they want me! On the other hand if Sanders loses the D.C. primary, he will still tell the Super Delegates see, they want me!

(9,148 posts)Looks like the Nadar Nurses will be turning their bus around and stranding bernie on the election highway.
Psssst..They aren't really Nurses, they supported Nadar in 2000 & now follow their leader Ralph Nadar, to Trump.
Sorry Bern.

(9,148 posts)Thanks bern.
No wonder he refuses to concede & join the Dem platform.
He's still got some damage to the Dem Party to do.
Afterall, he never joined this campaign 2016 to actually become President, he signed on to keep Hillary & the Dems from winning in Nov.
If sanders were ahead of Hillary right now, his buddy Ralph would be stumping against Trump.
There you have the purpose for bernie in the 2016 race.
Another attempt by Nadar at Bush/Gore.
They thought defeating Hillary would be a piece of cake. surprise!

(31,849 posts)the Democratic elected representatives, and such, ... you know ... those that have worked directly with Sanders ... have already made their preference known.
And I'll tell you ... when I walk into a spot and none of the old timers, know someone and don't have anything good to say about that someone ... I tend to listen to them.

(2,542 posts)Those were his references, the people with the most experience working with him and in the best position to judge his character, temperament, and ability to work with others. The fact that so many kept their distance, even the ones who haven't endorsed Clinton either, spoke volumes to me.

(20,450 posts)D.C. today. Plus, Obama is incredibly popular and we do not like how Bernie has dissed our president. We don't like it at all. The President has endorsed Hillary. We listen to our president.

(12,448 posts)AP called it for Hillary at approximately 8:45, with 1% reporting and HRC with 81% of the vote.
BUT! Sanders can still demand a recount! And all of DC will laugh at him.
