Same thing that would happen if a Russian cop tried to arrest Putin, or if a North Korean cop attempted to "arrest" Kim Jung Un. If he even survived the attempt he'd be put in prison for life as a "terrorist" by her army of secret police, and his family would end up drawn into it too, just like in North Korea or USSR. They'd lock him up and throw away the key for a long time.
then the news would present the situation as "crazy violent ya'll-qaeda terrorist militia conspiracy theorist anti-war protester trump/sanders supporter tries to arrest her, gee these 'anti-establishmenters' sure are dangerous, aren't they Becky? Yes! We need more federal police to spy on everyone to protect us from the locals! Now back to John with the weather".
and all the "normal" people would think nothing more of it, they'd make some jokes about it on the internet later on that night and then it would fade out of the news cycle entirely - and cheer on the brave private security gunmen who protected her from the police in the hypothetical scenario you asked about. "Secret service" agents have been known to threaten and commit acts of violence against local police if they don't follow orders.

In most states citizens can formally effect a citizens arrest. Some states only allow them for felonies. Fortunately clinton has committed felonies.
