Politico: Sanders would oppose Sherrod Brown as HRC's VP

Politico: “Aides say Sanders thinks that progressives who picked Clinton are cynical, power-chasing chickens — like Sen. Sherrod Brown, one of his most consistent allies in the Senate before endorsing Clinton and campaigning hard for her ahead of the Ohio primary. Sanders is so bitter about it that he’d be ready to nix Brown as an acceptable VP choice, if Clinton ever asked his advice on who’d be a good progressive champion.”

12. For me as well, Cha. BS doesn't get to decide anything. He didn't win the majority of Democrats, but

rather, the majority of Independents - and still lost.

Losers don't get to dictate anything to winners. He may ask with civility and cordiality, or he can look at the meme you posted as his final answer.

UPDATE 9:15 a.m. June 9, 2016

Connie Schultz, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and wife of Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown, said Bernie Sanders called Brown Wednesday to deny a Politico story that suggested Sanders felt betrayed by Brown and other progressive senators.

On Facebook, Schultz added: "Bernie always gives the best hugs." She said she didn't fault Politico for the story, and said she didn't doubt that some "embittered staffer" made those comments. "I just don't believe he or she speaks for Bernie," she wrote.

10. Looks like the angry has turned inward. This is what you get when you rile people up.

Riled up people rarely - if ever - think with common sense.

It sounds like this piece of crapola has now been debunked. And what was the source? Politico? There you go....

11. When you rile people up in order to win their support, there are going to be bad side-effects.

You attract perpetually angry people who make up shiite hoping to "punish" those who have the temerity to support your rival. This is par for the course with the more passionate Sanders supporters who've gone after Hillary Clinton supporters and surrogates in ways that could only make Teapublicans proud.

I suspect more and more of these types of "rumors" will be floated as Bernie finally decides to concede to the winner of the Democratic Party nominee, and it will eventually turn on him for not fighting up to Election Day or to at least run as a third-party candidate. This is the price he'll have to pay for running such a negative campaign against Democrats and the Democratic Party.

And just so you know, this is the Hillary Clinton Group. Behave.

As such, I should be using the sarcasm smilie when appropriate. As it stands, beyond my reply title, the post itself alluding to this bogus story would hopefully put things in better context. Sorry!
