Note to Chuck: (a) Clinton was not the presumptive nominee until tonight. How was she or Sanders supposed to congratulate Trump? (b) Trump could claim that it's too early to congratulate Clinton; (c) there never has been a lower, more hateful nominee as Trump. Calling him out on his bad behavior is more important than playing the congratulations game.
