Based on the polls and Project538, Hillary Clinton will get 77 delegates in New Jersey. Add that to whatever delegates she gets in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and Hillary Clinton will sew up the nominations seconds after the polls close in NJ on Tuesday.

5. Only 7 delegates in the VI, but 60 in Puerto Rico. She should get about 60% in each.

2. I'm wondering if they are going to wait 10-20 mins until some votes come in.

She's going to win it, big, but there are no exit polls so most networks might wait until they get the first votes in.
That being said, I hope she waits until after CA polls close to make her speech. Don't want to depress turnout and hand Sanders a close (but ultimately meaningless) victory that he uses to fundraise for the next month.

3. They don't do exit polls until the day of the primary. A poll was released today (ARG)...

...showing her ahead 60-37, 23 point lead.

6. Most of the major networks are not doing exit polls anymore.

They stopped around the beginning of May. As such, most in-house decision desks won't call them until some votes come in. Exit Polling is a pretty expensive procedure that is useless at the point in the race.

I go back and forth because it's pro Hillary and Obama, very well moderated and terrific people run the place.

It doesn't have this format and I love the Hillary Group here so I go back and forth.
