Barack Obama
Related: About this forumEven more elated now than I was on election night!
If that is possible. I really feel change in the air. All of these grass-roots demonstrations across the country against any Republican cuts to social programs. A real enthusiasm about the election results and what can be achieved in the next four years! A lot of activism and support for Obama! And this is just the beginning! I hope and pray that we are actually seeing the transformation of this country from a male dominated greedy war machine to a society based on on people's needs. I am hopeful and Obama's election was the first step. Thank you, all Obama voters!!!

(3,170 posts)I want to do something. I want to join Obama For America's Army (remember Dumbledore's Army?) I want my marching orders. We have work to do and I'm ready to get started! We have to organize, strategize, and prepare to fight and defeat Republicans in 2014! I want to see the progressive agenda out front. I want them to look like deer in headlights. No more spineless wimpy democrats. Let's fight! You with me?
