I just watched again. It was a "Live" broadcast originally and they cut Charlie taking Parker to task for being glib.

Rose defended Obama all the way through. The panel respects and admires Obama's intelligence. Even Parker adds very astute insight to Obama's perceived "arrogance" - which she called a defensive wall built in childhood. Also noted his keen ability of perception of what is going on.
Watch it Cha. It is well worth your time.
