what where the odds then that he would get elected? (remember his acceptance speech).
If Bernie ends up winning, he'll need an ever bigger place than what Obama had - he only had
a little over 80,000 people.

If you're talking about the 2008 election night rally, there were 240,000 people there.

Go to around 3:00 in this video and note from the comments that:
1) Jimmy Carter started at 1% year before primary.
2) Michael Dukakis started at 1% in polls before primary.
3) Obama at 22-25% versus clinton early with LESS money than Sanders then.
4) Bill Clinton started low too.

compare him to Bernie Sanders.
I like Sen Sanders but not some of his gloating, mean spirited supporters on DU.
