I walk every morning for 45 minutes to music or radio anyway, so just put on the earbuds and called the number.

They answered after about 30 minutes of my being on hold.

The helpful young man's name was Osama.

I had to ask him to repeat that.

He was great. People who complain really need to think outside the box. If they are sitting there glued to the phone then they just aren't very bright.
