Oddly enough, that Benson is the breakaway son of one of the top LDS leaders. Head honcho, I think.
I love stories like his. Shows an independent thinker to have grown up in such a restrictive household. Francis (<how I love that name!) Schaeffer.

(94,488 posts)... was a strip drawn by Aaron McGruder featuring a diverse (really diverse) mostly African-American cast of characters. McGruder was so good, witty and intelligent and well-drawn, and I really miss him. Every so often Alcarez does a little homage called The Beandocks -- usually with his guy emailing 1stBlackPrez.
I get the Los Angeles Times, hence their funny-papers, but mostly these days I go straight to Yahoo.com/comics.
