Woman in Texas ricin case gives birth in custody

DALLAS (AP) — The Texas woman accused of sending ricin-laced letters to President Barack Obama and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has given birth prematurely to a baby boy while in custody.

Attorneys for Shannon Guess Richardson and husband Nathan say she gave birth July 4 to a boy named Brody. Shannon Richardson's attorney, Tonda Curry, says the baby faces serious medical issues due to the premature birth and remains hospitalized.

John Delk, Nathan Richardson's attorney, says the boy weighed less than 2 pounds at birth and was four months premature.

A federal affidavit alleges Shannon Richardson contacted authorities to try to implicate her husband in the ricin letters, before being arrested herself on June 7.

If he fast tracks the woman's trial, he can kill the woman while raising he child. It will be a made for TV movie on Lifetime by the year 2015.

so she can't have an abortion--the boy is up for grabs by Perry and his minions.

Obviously, making ricin while pregnant was a poor decision on the part of the mother based upon the premature delivery.

6. If the child lives, I assume the husband she tried to implicate will get and raise the baby.

I hope so, anyway. Of course, he could be a dick, too, for all I know.

I can't believe we're having this conversation..

She loves her guns so insanely that she believed the idiots when they said PBO and Bloomberg were coming to take them away Oh Noes! Instead it was she who was taken away.

Sad sad sad.
