I voted absentee ballot as I did 2 years ago in the GE. Just got acknowledgement that my vote

was received Friday. Delivered by USPS in one day! Had it hand canceled to verify actual mailing date, not put in residence mailbox for pick-up or dropped in one around town. Whew!

It's been rougher for me lately all the way around. I do welcome and am grateful for y'all's positive vibes, prayer, etc. Please keep me and my girl in your hearts. 💙

to foul up casting my vote.

I called BoE for a ballot. They sent a form to REQUEST a ballot. They shoulda said. So then I requested one online and got it.
Then I see where TWO witnesses are required this election, not just one bc of the pandemic that they eased up on. Or one notary. I made it happen. My neighbor buddy offered to bring it to the PO. He works from home and runs out during the day, has some free time. He's a big help in many ways. I just can't stand long and early voting locations were kinda far away in the outer area of our county.

The year my husband died, he was over for something. He was sitting in the big comfy chair next to mine. I spoke out (and surprised myself) saying something political and if he's repub, "Are ya?" He was surprised and said "No, why are you asking?" "Because I'm not and I keep my comments to myself with all other neighbors." I been in this community only since 2016 and do know who's who, if you know what I mean. There's MAGAs in our midst. I'm so grateful for this buddy. He 's Dem thru and thru, but sad to say, his immediate family are not.

mail in with a signature match, no notary required.

I'm glad you have a friend you can trust with your ballot. I'd sure hate it if my husband and I weren't on the same page politically. How do people stand that these days, with the gap so wide?
