The strongest Democratic candidate to take on Feinstein in 2024 is Becerra.

Becerra served 24 years in the US House of Representaives and served in various leadership positions- Vice Chair of House Democratic Caucus and Assistant to the House Democratic Leader.
Attorney General for almost 4 years.
US Secretary of Health and Human Services.
