2. Blunt Rochester is the front runner for the DE US Senate seat.

Carper is going to retire either in 2024 or 2030(Carper will be 83 years old.) Blunt Rochester will be 62 years old in 2024/68 years old in 2030.
She also has been in the US House since 2016.

Former Governor and US Representative Mike Castle lost in the Republican Primary to the witch. The witch lost in the November General Election to New Castle County Executive Chris Coons.
The other Delawarean that served both Governor and US Representative is Tom Carper and John Carney.

The witch is Christine O’Donnell.

5. Yes that was a fluke. It ruined the whole Republican party in Delaware

Chris Coons was kind of put up as a sacrificial lamb. Mike Castle had won the GOP something like 11 state wide elections. And they decided to primary him with Christine O’Donnell. I think Sean Hannity was involved. Delaware had only recently started primaries not too long before this. Most Republicans just expected Castle to get the nomination.O’Donnell lived for a while in a townhome in my apartment complex. I had to laugh when I went by her former apartment and saw it all decorated with witches is for Thanksgiving. I don’t think the current residents knew anything about it

6. Joe Biden's 1st political career was New Castle council member.

After serving 1 term in the New Castle county Council, He was then elected to the US Senate.
