The US House District that Kathy Hochul represented was also represented by Jack Kemp.

Jack Kemp
Bill Paxon
Tom Reynolds
Chris Lee
Kathy Hochul
Chris Collins
Chris Jacobs.

Who would win in a primary between between Kathy Hochul,Tish James, and Tom DiNapoli.
All 3 of them are statewide elected officials.
Hochul is from upstate NY
James is from NYC
DiNapoli is from Long Island.
