The numbers of potential Dem Seats keeps changing almost in a day to day (and sometimes on the same day).

How do you come by these numbers and why do they keep on changing?

In the past I just ignore your posts because of these changes. Finally my curiosity got the best of me and I thought I'd ask.

What am I seeing? Why the up to the minute changes? And - how am I to assess these changes?
