Democrats can retain majority control of the US Senate in 2022 without NH and GA.

Democrats are going to win-
37)CA(Padilla-D)
38)HI(Schatz-D)
39)NY(Schumer-D)
40)VT(Leahy-D)
41)MD(Van Hollen-D)
42)CT(Blumenthal-D)
43)WA(Murray-D)
44)OR(Wyden-D)
45)IL(Duckworth-D)
46)CO(Bennet-D)
47)AZ(Kelly-D)
48)NV(Cortez Masto-D)
49)PA(Fetterman-D)
50)WI(Godlewski-D unseats Johnson-R)

Democrats can easily win NH(Hassan-D) if Sununu-R decides not to run.
Democrats can win GA(Warnock-D) if avoids the 1/2023 runoff. The 1/2023 runoff between Warnock-D vs Walker-R will be competitive will be highly competitive but I give Warnock-D the advantage.
NC(Jackson-D vs McCrory-R) will be a Tossup but I give Jackson-D the advantage.
