I've been using WebHostingHub for many years for my websites (WordPress).

But I've been having problems with them in the past year.
Two days ago (with no explanation) they moved my account to a new server, since then, my websites are all timing out, or not loading at all.

I've been in the support cue for 45 minutes, still position #2.

They were so great for many years, but I believe they were bought out recently. I saw this coming.

Any suggestions on web hosting companies?

Thanks!

What are you looking for? I've been using Siteground the last 3-4 years and they have been very good for me. Support is usually well staffed. But I'm not using shared hosting and paying $5 / month. So it all depends on your budget and what level of features you need.

I'm running 4 websites.

Definitely leaving them now. The support I just got was horrible. My sites were running fine, and they moved it to a new server over the weekend—now it's slow as a bug.

Tech support guy told me that they can't help me because my sites are using too many resources. I'm at their highest tier, and paying for security to a sister company. There were NO problems before they moved me. I asked him about that...no answer. Dead air.

They've gone down hill fast.

But thanks. I'll check out Siteground.

I'm a fan of Linode. Currently paying $5/month per system for a couple of virtual servers. Brought up
a LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) and Wordpress on one of them. Very useful. They
have different plans depending on your expected loads.
