For example. to drive more inclusiveness.

One could also say.
Black people don't go to developer conferences.
Black People design and build macs,
Nobody wears leather shoes any more,
There are no developers over 25 years old,
Developers don't wear masks,

or best of all:

ALL GENERALITIES ARE WRONG.
