what had brought up my question to this group before about iphone 6 battery life. i was taking pictures with it and i was also taking video shots and i understand that drawdowns batts big time . i also have a power bank for it and it is happy with that . thanks to all who answered my questtion. here is a link to chapter one for those who came in late.

1. my phone is also a 6. we are doing ok.

battery is an issue but under control, mostly.

if the back of phone is not flat, battery needs immediate replacement because it’s overheated at some time and warped

2. Re iPhone 6 battery life...

About five years ago I was given an iP6 by a buddy who was upgrading to a newer model. The battery was hopeless, though, holding a charge feebly/briefly only. Distressing!
I went to the Apple Store, and they replaced the battery for what I thought was a reasonable price. I’m still using it today, and quite happy with it…my favorite model of iPhone that I’ve had yet!
My assessment is that the battery replacement was worth it.
HOWEVER, Apple and many app makers will no longer upgrade the iOS or versions to the newest stuff on the iPhone 6.
