Connector question

Does anyone still use devices with the old 30 pin connectors? I haven’t had any devices in years now that have those connectors but it seems like every piece of fitness equipment I come across still has those connectors no matter how new the equipment in question is. It’s been out almost seven years now.

It sits in a drawer, but I have it in case my 6 craps out. They do make a 30pin to Lightning adapter, as the other poster pointed out.

It still works fine and runs the majority of apps I use for testing at work.
