A&I is in LA and you download their s/w on your pc to create the book.
Adorama has a web-based s/w that you use to create the book.

I got an email the other day w/specials, etc. They did have books 30% off earlier this month. Get on their mailing list unless time is of the essence.

I found both programs pretty easy to use.

Quality: both were outstanding, but I think Adorama did a little bit better job. It was hardcover, no dust jacket and a photo on the front and back.

A&I does dust jackets. Maybe there are more options.

The Adorama book was bout 80 pages 12x12 and it was $200. They're not cheap but they are so impressive. Friends have asked, 'Oh, did you buy that book in France?' 'NOPE! Made it!'

ON EDIT: I just now saw 'Macintosh' and I use Windows but that would really only affect A&I but they may have an Apple version.

I hated their software, but they will (or did) accept PDFs. I actually gave up on the project because it would have been too expensive. I may scale it back and try again one of these days.
