Laugh, I have a cheap Android phone for silly things
like well, fires. I really did not feel like spending a lot of quid for it since we take them to places most of you would say we are nuts to go to, and we are. Next phone going to the IOS device. That said, due to the need to keep notes and all that, and the note apps on android leave a lot to be desired, I just fired up my old IPOD. I think the sucker is third gen. It still works, and for note taking it has my apps that I use, as well as a few other pieces of software I use on it. So will have to carry that as well.
It is what it is, and Android still has potential, but it is the android store. I have yet to find something as resilient as notebooks to be honest. Oh and notebooks is extremely good. That said, that Nokia Lumia, yes the one with the camera that does 41 MP does look enticing as a secondary camera. I know, I know IT IS a windows device, but at least the office suite should be compatible (snicker no it is not) with the office suite my boss uses.
This reminds me for all of you who might still use Microsoft Office (on the mac) realize that if your compadres in the windows word use Office the year before, you will have hiccups from time to time. I just save in Doc, and save some, well most headaches. I did extensive research after the boss kept having issues. Even the RTF has issues. (Yes it is microsoft generated, not you)
