How to block number on Samsung Android
Man keeps calling me. Blocked by so. Then he calls from new number. So blocks that one after i answer and have stupid conversation. So wants me to block it myself. Not sure how to its not intuitive

So you should go to the Phone app --> Log --> number --> More --> Block/unblock number.
Just so.
If you mean "significant other" (do you? Haven't heard that term in decades), if you mean it then it is best to not treat it as a common word like "so". You have several options:
1) Type "significant other (so)" as the way to introduce it.
2) Type it all capital letters "SO".
Note: Attention to detail helps with phones and getting understood by readers.

As to SO, 'round these parts (Canada) the common term these days seems to be "partner".
