I've spent 45 minutes going around in circles trying to contact a human at Amazon. This is only vaguely computer related but you people have been all sorts of helpful in the past.
I need to talk to a human because there are charges on my credit card that I can't find in my list of orders, but I don't know what they're for.
Anything I find on Google about chatting with Amazon tells me to click "Contact Us" and then choose anything and then say I need more help. For the life of me I can't find a "Contact Us" link on their website.
Do any of you know their current web design for this? I used to be able to do it.

EDIT: Update - I finally got to a human chat. But there's no way I could reconstruct the path I took. Thanks for your help folks

(2,116 posts)Whenever we see a charge we don't recognize, we contact the credit card company and advise them that the charge was not authorized by one of us. They will investigate and pull the charge from our balance.
