Boost mobil..
Anyone have anything good to say about them? Bought a coolpad surf to replace my virgin mobil "stick" modem..Mc760...
Got the device..activated..worked really well for about 3 hours and then went south on the signal strength..
Did a chat with them...(boost) and they said the device was bad..bought another and they will refund $$ for the 1st one...

(43,049 posts)They are part of Sprint, so who knows after the merger. Can't imagine things will get better.
If they are replacing the bad one, what's the problem?

(4,399 posts)Just the suspicious type..I was trying to deal with them over the phone and I have a hard time
with the dialect...Knowledgeable analyst but hard to hear...I discovered the chat line and that
made things much easier..The person I "chatted with" said that I could do the activation there..
The wireless, when it worked is pretty cool..Pulled the usb chord that I use for the virgin mobil
broadband2go (still using) and wow! Still had an internet connection...Tablet worked ok too.
Yeah, figured with a large company like sprint things should be on the up and up...They will refund
my 50$ for the first month of the 50gig/month plan..

(3,496 posts)Three lines three phones unlimited everything 90 a month. They use Sprint and I have no issues.
They replaced my daughter's iPhone on the spot after we realized the antenna was damaged.
Not familiar with other devices.
