Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it?
First of all, I didn't know I had Google Chrome. I have researched it on the net and I was hoping to find a better way to get rid of it besides resetting the router.

if not then it is likely your neighbors and there is nothing you can do about it.

If you are seeing that as a wifi option which is what I am assuming you are asking about. It is coming from one of those. If you don't have one of those it more than likely is not coming from your house.
Did you get a cast enabled TV?

I recently became a member to hulu to watch the Hand Maiden's Tale. But, besides that, nothing in relation to streaming.
