Message when trying to record video with my Huawei Ph

I try to film video on my Huawei Ph, and this message comes up...

"A recording application is already running in the background. You cannot record during this time"

What would the application be?? How do I turn it off?

3. When in doubt, reboot.

One thing to try is Ctrl-Alt-Del, and select Task Manager. Check "Applications" and "Processes" tabs and see what is running. Some of the names are pretty weird, but you might see what is running and be able to stop it.

Failing that, restart your computer. Whatever is running should not restart.

If it does, you probably have a malware infection. Go to Virtual Doctor and select the third topic, "Intensive Care Unit." The first post is a "sticky" that guides you through the process.
