I was just started too and actually looking for some advice. Not sure what to questioned thought. It will be great if someone can just share their experience and give some advice of the most effective way to use it. Oh ya, I got traffics from floating-shared-button but it seems fake. I made a search and read that actually, those are traffic that never actually go to our site. Anyone can help me, what floating-shared-button is?

(43,891 posts)Once you get the code on your site and start registering clicks, just click around in analytics. Plenty of online resources with help guides.
"floating-shared-button" - analytics spam. They're hoping you say 'hmmm... wonder why I'm getting traffic from there... let me click there to find out..." Then you may be hit with spyware, viruses, etc.

(10 posts)I dont know how I would run my sites without analytics. It definitely tells you where you need to focus your efforts etc.
what kind of sites you run? There is no much hassle for low traffic websites. just check the basic statistics like page view, sources and search keywords.
