Has Elvis left the building? Mike Papantonio thinks Holder may be too late to protect voter rights.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/45677101#45677101

Ed Schultz reports on Eric Holder's speech at the LBJ library in Austin, Tx.

Guest Mike Papantonio suggests it may be too late, considering Republican efforts to block the vote in 17 different States and that Federal courts are packed with Republican appointees.

He points out that the DOJ was alerted to this problem three years ago and are only now trying to do something about it.
