Assuming Biden wins re-election to the US Presidency in 2024 and is succeeded by a Democrat.
Democrats hold onto the US Senate seats in AZ,MI,MT,NV,OH,PA,and WI in 2024 to end up with 50 seats with VP Harris breaking the tie vote.
Democrats hold onto the US Senate seats in GA and MI in 2026 and pick up NC to end up with 51 seats..
Democrats hold onto the US Senate seats in GA in 2028 and pick up NC and WI to end up with 52 seats.

Samuel Alito?


We should get a women to replace one of those Justices.

3. Things are so polarized that justices will only resign when a president of their ilk is in office.
