Which US Senator up for re-election in 2026 is more vulnerable? Ossoff(D-GA) or Tillis(R-NC)?
Ossoff’s Republican opponent will either be
1)Brian Kemp- current 2 term Governor of GA who has to run for the US Senate in order to remain in politics because Kemp is unable to seek another term for Governor due to term limits.
2)Marjorie Taylor Greene.
3)The non MTG US Representatives
Rick Allen,
Barry Loudermilk,
Mike Collins,
Andrew Clyde,
Austin Scott,
Rich McCormick,
Drew Ferguson,
Buddy Carter.
Gillis’s Democratic opponent will either be
US Representatives Wiley Nickel or Jeff Jackson.
Wildcard is Roy Cooper. The recent former 2 term Governor of NC.
Josh Stein will be Governor in 2025.
