Sanders VT US Senate is up for re-election in 2024.
While Sanders has been a great public servant, he will be 83 years old when he is up for re-election in 2024 and VT currently has Republican Governor(Phil Scott). Scott is a popular Republican. VT does not have term limits for Governor. What is the policy to fill US Senate vacancies in VT?
