Houlahans PA CD-6 was a +2D before redistricting. Houlahan won by in 2018 by a 17.8 percent margin, 2020 by a 12.2 percent margin, 2022 PA-6 became a +5D, Houlahan won by a 16.6 percent. Houlahan is a former US Air Force Officer.
