Sadly the rest of the MT legislation + governor are flunky Magats.

What the hell happened to lovely Montana? I remember Brian Schweitzer, Dem gov. (2005-13); Mike Mansfield, Dem rep, senator, and majority leader (1961-1977). Hell, Jeanette Rankin! Reasonable republican and 1st woman in US Congress. Pre-19th amendment and again in 1940 (isolationist/pacifist).

3. Tester won all of his US Senate Elections against weak/controversial Republican opponents.

2006(Conrad Burns-R) The corrupted and bigoted incumbent.
2012(Denny Rehberg-R)
2018(Matt Rosendale-R)
2024(Ryan Zinke-R) just as corrupted and bigoted as Burns,Rehberg,and Rosendale.

In 2012(Obama carried MT by a 13.7 percent margin.)
In 2016(Trump carried MT by a 20.42 percent margin.)
In 2020(Trump carried MT by a 16.37 percent margin.)
