Democrats are favored to win.
37)HI(Schatz-D)
38)CA(Padilla-D)
39)MD(Van Hollen-D)
40)VT(Welch-D)
41)NY(Schumer-D)
42)OR(Wyden-D)
43)IL(Duckworth-D)
44)CT(Blumenthal-D)
45)WA(Murray-D)
46)CO(Bennet-D)
47)NH(Hassan-D)
48)AZ(Kelly-D)

Democrats will win GA(Warnock-D) on the 12/6/2022 runoff.
Democrats need to PA(Fetterman-D),NV(Cortez Masto-D) or both.

If Democrats win both PA and NV, they are officially in the majority. GA will not matter.
If Democrats win either PA or NV but not both, they need to win GA on the 12/6/2022 runoff.

about the polling showing the GOP will take over the House and Senate, when Dems come out in droves and the Blue wave prevents that, how long will Dems have to fight false allegations of fraud?

Magats won't give in and so much time will be wasted and I’m worried that nothing will get done in Congress.
