I support progressive Democrat Steve Cox for U.S. Senate seat in Kentucky - pls donate

Steve Cox born, raised and educated in Kentucky is a working class father, leader, RPhT, and Healthcare Advocate who is educated in law, justice, homeland security, and emergency management, with experience in business management, community outreach, and healthcare. Steve fights to free Kentucky and the nation from Mitch McConnell’s treachery and finally move Kentucky UP the economic food chain instead of hovering near the bottom as Kentucky has done during Mitch’s entire career. Unlike Moscow Mitch, Steve Cox reserves a seat at the table for UMWA to draft legislation beyond coal that guarantees workers salary, benefits, green jobs EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN the wages and benefits miners currently receive.
HEALTHCARE: Medicare-For-All
*No Co-pays;
*No deductibles;
*No pre-existing conditions;
*Saves lives;
*Cost less;
*Reduce health disparities;
*Prevent medical bankruptcies;
*Help small businesses.

BUSINESS:
Business co-ops so that businesses and jobs will not be relocating internationally because businesses owned by communities stay in communities;

GUNS: Steve supports improved gun background checks and red flag laws.

PRIVACY CONCERNS:
Robo-call Ban to restore peace to our everyday lives by ending the constant stream of unwanted automated calls;

NEW STATE REVENUE PROGRAM:
Cannabis Revenue Program: Kentucky has remained at the bottom of the economic ladder in the U.S. Compared to the median US household income, Kentucky median household income is $11,961 lower than the national average. Steve has a cannabis revenue program modeled after Colorado's very successful billion dollar plus revenue program which could produce over $150 million tax revenue annually for Kentucky. Steve proposes a state constitutional amendment for cannabis grow and possession.

MINERS:
Keeping the covenant made with President Truman so that miners’ pensions are fully funded. Reinstate the gold card standard of benefits miners have enjoyed in the past.

My name is Steve Cox. As a healthcare professional, it wasn’t my dream to become a politician. I don’t have lobbyists and big corporations paying for my election and I don't know any Russian billionaires. This is David versus Goliath. But together, we can make a change. Together, our voices will be heard.

Do you think he has a better chance than Amy McGrath? I haven't studied her but my impression of her is very positive. Which one of them has the best shot of beating Moscow Mitch in your opinion?

3. Amy McGrath fancies herself a "Trump Democrat"

Amy McGrath fancies herself a “Trump Democrat” much to the delight of her conservative donors who have donated MILLIONS to McGrath.

Amy McGrath appeared on CNN and MSNBC exactly once and they both declared her “braindead” because she openly flip-flopped three times in one interview with Jake Tapper!

Amy McGrath: Trump Democrat

McGrath, on the other hand, is trying to run as a pro-Trump Democrat, the Louisville Courier Journal reports:
“If you think about why Kentuckians voted for Trump, they wanted to drain the swamp, and Trump said that he was going to do that,” McGrath said during the announcement of her candidacy on MSNBC’s Morning Joe. “Trump promised to bring back jobs. He promised to lower drug prices for so many Kentuckians. And that is very important.” . . .
“And you know what? Who stops them along the way? Who stops the president from doing these things? Mitch McConnell,” she continued on MSNBC. “And I think that that’s very important, and that’s going to be my message — the things that Kentuckians voted for Trump for are not being done. He’s not able to get it done because of Senator McConnell.”
McGrath told the Courier Journal on Wednesday that she opposes Medicare for All, supports existing state limits on late-term abortion, and “probably” would have voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. “There was nothing in his record that I think would disqualify him in any way,” she said of Kavanaugh. (On Wednesday night, she flip-flopped on Kavanaugh: “I was asked earlier today about Judge Brett Kavanaugh, and I answered based upon his qualifications to be on the Supreme Court. But upon further reflection and further understanding of his record, I would have voted no.”)

This is an awkward attempt by McGrath — who had previously expressed opposition to any restrictions on abortion, likened her feelings about Trump’s election to 9/11, and called herself the most progressive person in Kentucky — to reinvent herself.
