2020 US Senate Election- How many Republican held US Senate seats the Democrats need win?

Scenario 1
All Democratic held US Senate seats up in 2020 remain in the Democratic column. Jones(D-AL) wins re-election. Trump/Pence-R loses re-election. Democrats need to win at least 3 Republican held seats.
CO(Gardner-R)Johnston-D
AZ(McSally-R)Kelly-D
ME(Collins-R)Gideon-D.

Scenario 2
Democrats lose the AL(Jones-D) US Senate seat but win the other Democratic held US Senate seats up in 2020. Trump/Pence-R wins re-election. Democrats need to win at least 5 Republican held US Senate seats up in 2020.
