Gammon is a pejorative popularised in British political culture since around 2012. The term refers in particular to the colour of a person's flushed face when expressing their strong opinions, as compared to the type of pork of the same name.

Matt Zarb-Cousin, a former spokesman to Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, has also been credited with kickstarting the row after labelling a Jacob Rees-Mogg supporter “a gammon” following a brawl at the University of the West of England in Bristol in February.

He subsequently wrote an article exploring the significance of the phrase for Huck magazine in which he anatomised the gammon as a baby boomer typically found among the BBC Question Time audience with “high blood pressure and a red meat complexion” prone to wearing “boot-cut jeans, loafers and an open-collared white polyester shirt” and displaying a marked preference for warm ale.

The visuals are an all-purpose "laugh about someone" video track, rather like "Downfall", that people put subtitles on.

This particular one has probably come up again today because British expats in Spain have been told they must get a Spanish driving licence:

British expats living in Spain unable to drive after failure to reach Brexit agreement

From 1 May, thousands of Britons in Spain will be unable to use their UK driving licences on Spanish streets – although tourists will be exempt from the ban.

The new restrictions are set to take effect after the British and Spanish governments failed to reach consensus on DVLA-issued licences by the 30 April deadline, with Tory MP Sir Iain Duncan Smith pointing the finger at the European authorities.
...
Until 1 May, Britons living in Spain were able to use their DVLA-issued licences to drive, but could now face weeks of chaos as alternative measures to reach a deal are pursued. Meanwhile, every other European nation has agreed a post-Brexit protocol in respect of British driving licences.
...
“From May 1, UK licence holders who have been resident in Spain for more than six months and did not exchange their licence during the transition period will no longer be able to drive legally in Spain. We have agreed to rapidly accelerate talks, and are urging the Spanish government to bring forward interim measures.”

I'm far from being a good assessor of messaging. I thought Obama was a great messager. TFG clearly knows how to message by sounding like a jerk. Just goes to show that education only gets you so far in the 21st Century of Conflicting Grievance.
