Congress and the House of Lords is much stronger than the Senate... and there is no such thing as executive privilege. His majority is 2....so he will struggle to be as nasty as Trump as much as he might want to be.

But yeah - lots in common!

No-one could have foreseen how he would corrupt 2 of them. Point to self - need to keep an eye on Boris doing the dame thing over here!

thereby abdicating their responsibilities to check the other branches. Letting McConnell get away with stealing a Supreme Court seat just meant an acceleration of Republican power-grabbing since there have been no negative consequences. Now we are stuck with this mess.
