Koalas living in the path of a massive bushfire are taken to safety




Every second person I spoke to you yesterday asked if I'd seen this - we do care about our wildlife. It gives me hope that we may get over the current "me first" syndrome and learn to care again.

I wish the same could be said for our Prime Minister, but I'm afraid there's no hope for him. His only concern regarding bushfires was to get out and take a holiday in Hawaii. I don't think he'll be forgiven.

When they re-elected the most corrupt government I can recall in my adult years, I really wondered if we'd lost our soul.

I hope it's being rediscovered.
